ALDAU Development has recently announced a series of executive appointments that are believed to tap into its skilled leadership bench and quicken its utmost expansion. On behalf of the entire company, Lars Geweyer, CEO of ALDAU Development's Hospitality Division, expressed his comments on the most recent expansions that the company has carried out in 2023, underscoring the fact that this organization restructure serves as an adherence to ALDAU Development’s vision and future strategies. 

According to Lars, the hospitality division of ALDAU Development has had numerous noteworthy expansions and advances in 2023, some of which are the appointments of the new management; Mr. Mounir Ichoudane as Corporate Director of Human Resources, Mr. Elie Bseibes as Director of F&B Business Development, Mr. Gunnar Wassong as Cluster General Manager at Steigenberger ALDAU Resort, and Mr. Thomas Gassner as General Manager of Steigenberger ALDAU Beach Hotel. Not to mention a myriad of other significant steps that were taken to make this year a monumental one.

Lars resumed by stating that ALDAU Development is actively assembling a dedicated team that goes above and beyond to consistently provide top-notch hospitality services, underlining that the company’s expansion strategy aims to increase its market share in Egypt and United Kingdom, starting with the upcoming of Hyatt Centric Cairo West – the first lifestyle art hotel in Egypt that will be part of a fully-integrated lifestyle mixed-use project in Cairo West that will embrace a cluster of hotels, branded residences, a multitude of retail shops, restaurants, and dining outlets.
