Mr. Mehdi Othmani is an accomplished hotelier, who has more than 20 years of international experience in eminent hotel chains and prominent tour operators, with a proven track record of exceptional leadership skills and innovative strategies.

We are honored to appoint Mr. Othmani as Steigenberger ALDAU Beach Hotel General Manager with additional responsibilities in coordinating the entire operations for Steigenberger ALDAU Resort.

He has worked with luxury hotel brands such as Mövenpick Hotels and Resorts to Hilton Worldwide, and REWE Touristik.

With an extensive hospitality journey in various countries worldwide including Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Turks & Caicos Island, Morocco, Tunisia, Kenya, Egypt, Uganda, Oman and Hungary, Mr. Mehdi embodies a talent for building trusted relations with stakeholders, business partners, clients, and team members.

He has played a vital role as a key driver for the development and implementation of overall operations strategy through his successful journey to ensure optimum performance and continual improvement in the areas of guest service/satisfaction, sales and marketing, property appearance, profitability/financial control, and employee management.
